Brought my grandson to A&E Dept for treatment and observation after he was stung by numerous wasps on Bristol Downs and what an excellent service we received, My wife and I would like to thank and commend all the staff for their kindness, concern and the excellent treatment they gave my grandson and all of us. You are all a credit to the NHS and show the service at its best. It is wonderful that anyone can get a first class service like this without question. It would be a crime if such a system was to be privatised in any way or starved of funding or personnel. Never get demoralised by adverse criticism from the government or the media for you are doing an excellent job, and this is a view shared by the majority of people.
