Needed to revise an earlier rating, as too generous. This is an outstanding, on going issue and still no progress, as it appears to ready to discharge without thourough detailed enough analysis of data, information and patient input. On going delay and still no diagnosis or prognosis for a confirmed heart issue. From lost vaulable data, to incorrect statements. Patient remains Symptomatic and has been for a year................... and no progress for an on going, confirmed heart issue.
