"Exercises reduced pain in my wrist"

About: Community Health Services / Community physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I fell in late December, and went to St Helens Walk in Centre in February. I was x-rayed and put in wrist support.

Whiston Fracture Clinic showed a healed bone on x-ray, but the pain was very bad.

I was given exercises, which I did daily, so reduced the pain. I was babysitting over Easter holiday, so delayed seeing the physio until April.

Continued exercises, discharged from physio in May.
