I have visited Chorley Hospital several times in the past few years due to a sick mother. There has been a distinct change in attitudes, cleanliness and overall service provision at the hospital for which you should all be congratulated. Everything from the state of the loos at reception to the care and consideration given by all staff is excellent. Whatever you guys are doing to improve standards and the quality of service provision then do some more! You are absolutely on the right track. Well done seems inadequate praise for what is being achieved here. From a grateful daughter.
