I was referred by my Doctor to go to X-ray department for a scan on my painful and swollen stomach. I had been to my Doctor early in the morning on the same day. I was told to go to the X-ray department in which I did .I arrived with my letter referred letter from the Doctor to the Receptionist. I was told by the Receptionist that they Doctor's don't start until 2pm,it was 1.15pm I was also told that they might not see me but I can wait until 2pm. So I waited until 2.10pm with a painful swollen stomach and was told by the Receptionist that Doctor said no and was booked appointment for the end of the month..........what a waste of time. My stomach is still painful and swollen off to the Accident and Emergency.
