"Cannot fault any of the staff"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

I was induced on the delivery suite. The staff where second to none especially Anna who looked after me so well. She was very caring and considerate.

After a long labour I ended up in theatre for a forceps delivery, Anna stayed with us throughout and I defiantly believe that if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have got through it as well as I did.

All of the staff were amazing. Thanks to Mohamed Ali for delivering my daughter safely into this world. Cannot fault any of the staff they were brilliant. The anaesthetist was also so very kind.

Thanks again to all involved!

Dear Lisa,

Congratulations on the birth of your daughter and thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at University Hospital’s Maternity Centre.

Our staff know that giving birth can sometimes be an anxious time and we strive to ensure that the women in our care received all the support and attention they need.

I’m thrilled that the high standards we set ourselves have been met and I will ensure that the staff involved in the safe delivery of your daughter are made aware of your thoughts.

Kind regards,

Karen Meadowcroft, Head of Midwifery
