Have just attended as outpatient for tests. Had several visits to different depts -oncology, gynaecology, radiography. Very positive experience across the board. Appts scheduled promptly. Without exception every member of staff respectful and friendly - introducing themselves by name is such a simple thing but has huge impact - i felt cared for and not just a number on an appt card. Was also pleased to be kept fully informed throughout. I'm 52 yrs old and this was by far the best hospital experience I've ever had. Thank you.
