"Disappointed with waiting time for appointment"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I am pleased overall but a little disappointed with the length of time I have to wait for my appointments.

I have to wait until mid September for my back pain consultation and I am yet to receive a date for my psoriasis.

TRAQS aims to provide an appointment at a convenient location at the earliest possible time. However, we have no control over the waiting lists at any specific hospital or clinic and we are aware that some specislisms are currently experiencing lengthy delays. As your feedback is anonymous I am unable to determine when your referral was actually received and actioned by TRAQS but I am sure that the earliest available appointment would have been offered to you.
