Having had several visits to the Sleep Clinic (Saturn Ward) , some of which were without an appointment, I found the staff to be very friendly and extremely helpful. Appointments were on time and when I arrived without an appointment they attended to my needs straight away. All the staff were very friendly, happy and professional - a credit to the hospital! A very good experience overall - thank you.
