"Therapy has benefited and given me support"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I was made very welcome by the therapist who helped talk me through a lot of my problems and insecurities - mostly, we talked about my issues regarding my panic attacks and anxieties, which have been affecting my life in general.

I don't usually feel able to open up to most people and have become very reclusive over the years - but having this particular therapy has benefited and given me support. I hope I can resume my sessions in the near future.

Kind regards.

Dear Jump459

I am very pleased that you were supported to overcome your feelings of anxiety and panic.

It is also good to hear you felt welcome and as such you could "open up" enough to share how your feelings were affecting your life and work on resolving them.

If you feel like you would benefit from further therapy we are always here. In the meantime there are lots of self help materials that you might fine useful you on our website http://inclusion-matters-liverpool.org.uk/ please take a look.

Best wishes

Sian
