"Making an appointment for podiatry "

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I wish that it was easier to make an appointment, not so far ahead.

But care, when given, is without fault.

My husband (suffering from dementia) is treated here too, but can't often get an appointment at short notice - he constantly pesters me if he has a problem with his feet.

Thankyou for your comments about not having to book your Podiatry appointments so far in advance.

We are at the moment reviewing the booking system at Park House to facilitate this in line with other clinics in our area

Response from Nottinghamshire Healthcare We have made a change

As a direct response to comments received on patient opinion we are currently trialling a new appointment system at Park House which will run for at least 9 months. The new system started on the 9th September ‘13 and we have received positive feedback so far.
