What I liked

The nursing staff was wonderful and caring at all times, the cleaners worked very hard to keep on top of all they had to do. I did enjoy the food.

What could be improved

It took over 20 hours to find out what was wrong with me and i was in a massive amount of pain for over 27 hours total. I did have a colostomy during surgery and was a little in shock and would have liked to have it explained a little bit more to me after. The pain was so great before the operation like child birth and tooth ache rolled into one. I feel cross about how long it took and i saw no reason for me too have suffered so much.
