"Such a shame"

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square

Anything else?

I was in the unit many years ago following numerous spine operations, I found getting in the unit was quick and easy and the care was good and the test thorough, however following a recent appointment with a consultant that I waited 3 months for I was told I needed to come back for further in patient tests, I have been waiting the obligatory 8 weeks and heard nothing, I have tried repeatedly to contact the unit, and no one ever answers the phone, is such a shame to see such a good unit turning bad.
