Anything else?
On Saturday 28th July 2013, I attended the RCH Emergency department with a fractured left hand, and fractured left toe. On arrival I was seen by the Triage Nurse, who admittedly seemed a abrupt, she was honest about the waiting time, gave me good advice. The department was very busy, but despite this I was seen by a Doctor within 4 Hours. The Doctor who treated me, examined my hand foot, she seemed very caring, and her sense of humour put me at ease. My hand and foot were both X-Rayed, and the diagnosis was a fracture of both the above. I can not fault the standard of care I received from Kate and the Nursing staff. Very impressed, the people deserve respect, not criticism.
"Excellent standard of care"
