visited again on 30-7-13 this was my third time with an eye problem, as with all previous visits the staff were fantastic. I was seen as soon as possible and the entire visit including seeing the nurses, having bloods taken, seeing the nurse practitioner, having scans and photos done, seeing the doctor, bloods and seeing another Dr who asked my consultant for advice was under 4 hours. The staff were all polite and respectful even when having to deal with rude and complaining patients, some of which were pointless one lady complained they had not been called but they had but gone for coffee without telling anyone!! I would like to express my thanks to all the staff in A and E and the outpatients dept as I have always had excellent interactions with all the staff who are knowledgeable and not afraid to say they do not have the answer but will find someone who does
