"disgraceful hospital"

very poor service. yet another visit to the dental hospital to be called to my appointment an hour late. once called a further wait in the dental waiting area to be sent back down for more x-rays once the dental nurse had proceeded to shout personal information across the waiting area. I was seen 1hr 30mins after my scheduled appointment...and that was a 5 min chat with the doctor. the doctor was aware that I was suffering with terrible pain and I was told I would be put in for an emergency procedure. that happens to be September...i'll just be in pain for the next month. Disgraceful! would stay as far from Pinderfields as possible!
