I am just back from a visit to the phlebotomy dept for a cholesterol test. Two phlebotomist s turned up at 7.15 and I would like to complement the receptionist who did her very best to find other staff and worked really hard,for the good of her patients, to get available staff. A credit to her team.

Thank you for your recent feedback regarding the positive behaviour and actions of the receptionist to meet patient demand in the phlebotomy department.

This is an extremely busy department on most days so the prompt action taken has ensured the patient experience was not compromised.
