"Double booking of clinics"

I have taken my Mum to the RDH Eye clinic on several occasions in the past few weeks and have always waited at least 1 hour 30mins. Usually it takes 3 hours to be processed from start to finish whilst the actual time spent with clinicians was 20 mins. I have been informed by the reception staff that all the clinics are double booked so the minimum wait will be 1hr 30. My Mum has had such an unhappy experience at the clinic that she did not want to go back. One consultant in particular was very cold and lacked any humanity when speaking to my Mum. Very dissappointing .
