What I liked

After a serious asthma attack in febuary i was tacken from louth to lincoln were i can not thank the ambulance crew and staff that travelled with me enough, they did without a doubt save my life, once i got to lincoln they had the intensive care doctor waiting for me who managed to ventolate me and take me to the icu, once i came round they did everything they possibly could to ensure that i was ok and getting better, undoubtedly i owe you my life and could never thank you enough, all the staff that i came across were exceptional, thankyou again.

What could be improved

I dont think anything could be improved at such a wonderfull hospital.
