"Face to face counselling"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a service user),

I initially felt uneasy about entrusting 'people on the phone' to help me, however once the face to face counselling began, I felt extremely comfortable and was able to share my issues with Gwen. Gwen is amazing and has helped me no end!

Dear Mrs. Jones,

Thank you for your feedback.

I am pleased to hear that you had a positive experience of counselling.

We use telephone appointments as an initial screening tool to ensure that people are directed to the treatment option, within our service, which is most suitable for them.

I will make sure that your kind words are passed on to the rest of the staff team, esp. Gwen.

I wish you all the best for the future,

Elizabeth Lovell
