I got referred in june to see a gynecologist but they decided to cancel me and never contacted me or the gp to tell us. Their excuse was that it was the wrong department however received a letter saying I had a new appointment so I phoned them and they said they looked at my notes again and they can see me after all. Day before new appointment I get cancelled again and same reason given but I had to be told that by gp so lucky I was at home. Hospital staff didn't care when I tried to complain so if I was you avoid them.
