With all the news about the failing NHS and complaints about uncaring staff and hospitals; I would like to praise highly the care and attention I have received over the last seven months from Birmingham Heartlands Hospital. I was diagnosed with serious cancer last December and the hospital and all the staff have been truly wonderful. Surgeons, Specialists and doctors have kept exactly to the plan of treatment from day one. So I would like to say Thank You with all my heart to the doctor, the surgeon and what can I say about the cancer nurse, an unbelievable lady who deserves a medal for her caring nature, always obliging and always smiling; a wonderful woman who deserves recognition. I hope this review gets seen by the right people as I am so thankful.
