What I liked

I was very impressed by the professionalism of staff particularly the nursing staff in the Orthopaedic ward (24). They were extremely thorough in monitoring my recovery following hip resurfacing surgery while consulting me throughout.

Morale appeared to be very good and after so many negative media stories about the NHS I was delighted to observe that all staff were keen to do a really good job and work well together.
