"Not impressed"

About: Derriford Hospital

Anything else?

Spent thre days in Braunton ward after an operation. Under staffed and put in a corner where there was no amenieties and could not reach bedside locker or chair. Catheter came out and nobody believed me even though I was wet. Not until I showed staff the loose end did they believe me but still nobody offered to clean me up or change bedding. Due to this I had to use pee poo so that my liquids in and out were monitored. Fine during day but during night no response to button so it was left for hours on the table. Eventually this was knocked by staff resulting in everything being covered i urine. Would not have happened if emptied when asked. Filled out form for friends and famile with my e-mail address for it to be sent but not arrived yet in nearly three weeks.
