"I was apatient on Ward 33 in August ..."

About: Glenfield Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was apatient on Ward 33 in August 07 and again in January 2008. Never have I been in a hospital that was so clean, where the staff were so helpfull, profesional and well trained. The HCAs being particularly well trained. I was treated with respect throughout my stay, and nothing was too much trouble, even though I had a broken leg at the time of my cardiac procedure. The food was also brilliant. I am diabetic, and never have i had the choices that this hospital provided. The meals were transported in a very good peice of kit that kept the hot part of the tray hot and the cold part cold. No more melted ice cream!!!

This hospital should be the blueprint of all hospitals. Superb

What could be improved

Cant think of anything, unless its move the whole place coser to my home toen, so it could be my local general hospital!!!!
