(as the patient),

I was admitted for an routine ablation which turned out a little bit more complex and required a 12 day stay in hospital and a pacemaker.

The treatment I received was second to none. The staff were fabulous and some were even fantastic especially in the CCU ward. Nurse Berry Parker and health care assistants Ruth Spriggs and Rose Harris were so hard working and caring I cannot thank them enough.

Doctor Tuan and the pacemaker team have done a great job. The only thing I can fault is the fact the follow up appointment hasn't come though yet to see the consultant which is concerning me. Overall however I cannot fault my treatment. Thank you all.
