What I liked

what i liked about Glenfield Hospital when compared with the other 2 was the attitude of the staff, even though they must all have the same difficulties and successes i never once felt at Glenfield that i was... ignored,.... an inconvenience ...or making a fuss ...an all to common situation in my experiences of hospitals

What could be improved
