Went to have hearing test and wax removal via microsuction, was seen within a few minutes of arriving by friendly helpful staff, had hearing test by a lovely lady who took her time and was very good at doing her job...then i saw the doctor, who removed debris from my ears via microsuction, he explained everything to me and was helpful, nurse was present in the room too at all times and very friendly and helpful...overall all of the staff from reception to doctors and nurses i had contact with were exceptional with their standards and friendliness, i would highly reccomend this hospital over all other local hospitals based on my experience...thankyou to all the staff and keep up the good work......
