What I liked

I know that giving anybody full marks is always open to question but I was a patient early in January for a bypass operation and could not speak highly enough about the whole experience at Glenfield. Even the food was very good! The staff were out of this world and I felt quite a wrench when I left after a week. So friendly and considerate - doctors, nurses and cleaners were all a joy to know. The way they dealt with MRSA etc was quite exemplary and all in all, although no-one believes me, I would have no hesitation in going back for more of the same. This is truly a jewel of a hospital, or at least the cardiac department is, for I have no experience of the others,

What could be improved

I have no suggestions for improvements
