"I burnt my hand quite badly on ..."

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

(as the patient),

What I liked

I burnt my hand quite badly on a red hot iron bar on the 12/2/08 and I am still in shock at the superb treatment I recieved, it is not surprising that the NHS is the envy of the world. I would like to pass on a message of thanks to the A&E dept. One particular nurse made me feel so at ease which was great as I live in Cardiff and had no one to offer support, they was superb.

What could be improved

The pharmacy seemed quite overwhelmed , maybe more staff a bigger pharmacy or both.

This does not detract from the overall excellance I experienced.
