I underwent an Interocular procedure at Heartlands in the Day Treatment Clinic. The care and attention I received from initial sign in to release was excellent. This began with a very cheerful nurse who took all particulars on the ward, through to her colleagues who made all efforts to make me and fellow patients at ease and comfortable.
The procedure itself was fully explained by the consultant who retained a welcome sense of humour, carried out with minimum fuss and my experience was made far less stressful by the attention and encouragement of the Theatre staff.
Post operation was again of excellent quality.
