What I liked

I go to this hospital alot as i have an IBD. The nursees there in the gastroentoloy clinic (digestive diseases) are lovely. They remember me and my husband every time and treat me with respect.

What could be improved

Unfortunatly my doctor does not do this. He makes me feel small and i have been messed aroung since Jan 2004 told i have all sorts of things wrong with me. Last year they told i have a lump they think is a tumor and then i went for an op to have it removed and they said we didnt do anything as it is just constipation(aug 2007) and they didn't contact me i had to contact them and i didnt go back until (JUNE 2008). I am very upset and i don't know what to do now.
