About: East Surrey Hospital NHS Horsham and Mid Sussex CCG

(as the patient),

Went to GP in May with a swollen, painful knee. I was given pain relief, gel and referred to Crawley knee clinic. Appointment in July, referred for MRI. Two weeks later had MRI, now have to wait six weeks for results and then book another appointment with knee clinic for results. I am looking at September/October to find out what is wrong with my knee and what the clinical management will be. Does it really take this long in the NHS?
