Communication is so frustrating, impossible to get an update, notes languishing at bottom of someone's in tray I fear, phone number on website invalid, was advised that results of eye test in July would be available in October or possibly in a couple of weeks! All the staff I have encountered have been polite and kind but seem to be restricted by incredibly slow processes and red tape.
