Yesterday (31.7.13) I visited the minor injuries with my mother following a fall she had had. On arrival we were welcomed and her details taken, We were warned that they were extremely busy and there would be a long wait. Shortly after we saw the sister who decided an ex-ray would be needed. We did wait for 2hrs, but were kept updated by the staff, all who were extremely friendly. The x-ray was done shortly followed by a visit from the doctor. He was charming. He spoke to mum mother and told her that she had broken on of her ribs and an explained in detail about the medication given and how we could help her. All the staff spoke directly to my mother keeping her in the loop. I would certainly go to Cirencester Minor Accident Unit again if needed. Thanks to them all.
