I have to travel from another county to Guys Hospital. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and professional. I can not fault the dermatology team, the clinic is always clean, staff are always polite and compassionate. Some patients were complaining the clinic was running late, I personally didn't mind waiting longer. The Doctors are so good at their job, it really doesn't matter that the clinic is running late. Thank you for all your help.
