I have taken my 86 year old mother to the hospital twice in the last fortnight for various scans and tests and on both occasions was impressed by the calm, efficient and friendly treatment she received. There was some waiting around involved both times due to the nature of the tests but we were checked on by smiling staff which went a long way to reassure my mum. The staff involved in the procedures were patient and caring. We had to change the time of one appointment and this was done by phone without any problem.
