We are very sorry to receive you comments and concerns via the NHS Choices/Patient Opinion website about your experiences on Ward 3. It is very difficult to respond to the specific concerns you have raised without being about to investigate in detail. We take all issues surrounding patient care very seriously and would very much like to hear from you directly about this. In this respect, the Divisional Director and Head of Nursing for Specialist Medical Services would like to offer a meeting with you to discuss the issue further. If you contact the Division of Specialist Medicine directly on 0161 901 4617, they will be happy to discuss the meeting arrangements with you.
