Anything else?
We have had 2 family members in PRUH during May & June of 2013. Both overheard staff talking about them with others, one was laughed at when he thought he could go home and then found he couldn't, both were discharged when needing further care , one at home with carers, one to respite, both were sent without any medication. Disgusted
