I was an emergency admission to Wansbeck on Sunday 28th July 13. From the moment I arrived on Ward 10 I felt comfortable and cared for. All the staff from the Ward to Theatre were great. I would use this Hospital again no problem so much better than Rake Lane and the RVI . I am back home recovering and a big thank you to all the Staff on Ward 10 and Theatre and not forgetting the Surgeon who made me well again...... A* great team

Dear Julez, I am delighted that you are doing well after your emergency admission four days ago - I imagine it must have been pretty frightening for you at the time. All the more important then that every member of the team from emergency care to ward and theatre enabled you to feel that you were not only well cared for but also cared about.
