I was given an appointment at the Trauma and Orthopaedic clinic on the 28th of June 2013,at 9.20 am.When I attended to the appointment in due time,I was told the appointment has been cancelled.The hospital did not have the courtesy to inform me that the appointment has been cancelled beforehand,thus I have was wasted my time and money going there.

We are very sorry your appointment was cancelled and we did not let you know ahead of time. We do our very best to inform patients of cancellations but in unforeseen circumstances, this may not always be possible. On this occasion the clinic was cancelled at quite short notice (which is a rare occurrence) leaving us little time to contact patients in advance. We do apologise but thank you for your feedback.
