Just tolet you know what a great job you did with my father who was admitted in the early hours of the morning after a transfer from Durham Hospital. The staff on the ward kept the family up to date with what was happening on a regular basis prior and just after his operation. After the op the physios worked with my father to ensure that he was capable of being discharged and being capable of looking after himself with assistance. all in all apart from a fractured hip the experience was very positive

I am pleased to note that your father’s operation and recovery went well and am grateful for your praise of ward and physiotherapy staff both pre and post operation. We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your extremely kind comments which we have shared with the staff involved in your care. It is always highly rewarding to receive positive feedback from patients.
