I left a review last week regarding the appointments system at Dewsbury Hospital. PALS have been very prompt and professional in dealing with the concerns i expressed in the review i sent. I have been given a contact name and direct phone nnumber if i have any further problems..They were concerned the service i received was not up to standard. Well done PALS for the professional way this has been dealt with and for your prompt response.
