Anything else?
Was told to come to a&e from Hemel on Sunday 28th of July as I have a broken jaw spent three hours to get seen and told I had a broken jaw again and was told I'd have an appointment it's now Tuesday still in pain and still no appointment and very rude staff not happy

We were sorry to learn of your experiences and that you have yet to receive a clinic appointment. Your feedback will be passed on to the relevant managers so that they can take appropriate action. If you would like to call the Patient Relations Team on 020 8869 2026 they will be able to assist you with obtaining an appointment.
