What I liked

Living in the Wolverhampton area, I chose to go to the Cannock Chase hospital, and what a surpise - straight from the off - having seen a consulatant I was sent to have an xray and having done so saw the consultant again which showed that I needed two knee replacements, and before leaving the building, I had a premed , so in the space of two hours I was placed on the waiting list for a knee replacement. the time and money doing it this way, was impressive to say the lest.

Having now had my operation ( I was out in 4days) I would like to place on record my thanks to the doctor and his team, the nurses and all staff on C1.

What could be improved

I was happy with the level of service provide.
