My dementia suffering 85 year old father was discharged in the middle of the night to the wrong address without them contacting next of kin at all and having told us he would be staying in overnight and to call the following morning. Within 36 hours he was back in hospital very very poorly. We begged the ambulance staff to take him to a different hospital. Ive lodged a complaint but they appear to be having difficulty giving a meaningful response. Avoid this hospital at all costs- especially if elderly.
