"The staff are always very friendly ..."

What I liked

The staff are always very friendly and make the effort to remember you on follow up appt's.The wards are very clean, as is the hospital. You are made to feel welcome and not a nuisance.

What could be improved

The only improvement i would like to see is better communication in administration, particulary if your consultant is treating you in two different hospitals for the same condition.Eg consulting at stafford, proceedure required at another nhs hospital.I was unfortunatley in this position and it did cause problems, even with the simple follow up appt' for suture removal.
