(as the patient),

I recently had a hip operation as well as an operation on my heel.

I just want to say thank you for lending me equipment, it was very helpful. Equipment included walking aid, commode, chair raiser etc, which have all benefited me greatly.

Everything has been excellent and the staff have been wonderful. I have returned the equipment today.
