"All the staff were fantastic"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

Our son had had real difficulty breathing and we were so worried we took him straight to A&E. All of the staff there were fantastic, they were very professional and at the same time freindly and caring.

Hospital visits are never pleasant but if you do have to go then this is what you want to find and the way you want to be treated.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience of University Hospital’s Emergency Department. Receiving feedback from patients and their loved ones helps us to improve the care and attention we provide.

Staff in the Emergency Department pride themselves on delivering high quality care to all and I’m delighted to hear that the standards we set ourselves are being met.
