"Stunned to be seen half an hour before scheduled appointment"

(as the patient),

Arriving early at the clinic, due to concern at the availability of car parking spaces, I was stunned to be called in to speak with the consultant half an hour before my scheduled appointment.

This was certainly a different and pleasing experience which I have never had before at any hospital.
